COGS will be participating in the program. We would
like anyone who might be interested in volunteering to attend.

Pastor Bill is moving to Sandia Heights!
Wednesday August 18, 2010 early morning
Pastor Bill is looking for volunteers to help him move.
The move will start early in the morning at his apartment
(on Coors Blvd. at Paseo del Norte).
The plan is to have the large panel truck filled up and en route to the Heights before noon.
A sandwich, chips, and fruit lunch will be served at the new house.
Please indicate your availability on the tear-off sheets in upcoming
Kirk's Logs (at the church services) or call the church office 856-1004.

As usual, this is dutch-treat and informal - come when you can and
stay as long as you can (usually about an hour).

Derek Gilmour (son of our choir director, Linda Gilmour)
heartily invites you to his presentation preview of
his senior year voice recital. There will be a reception
after the recital.

Project Share
Sunday August 29, 2010
COGS prepares the food for the homeless on the 5th Sunday of the
month when it occurs. Please add your name to the sign-up board
in the hallway if you are able to:
donate food items
help cook on the 29th
watch the food as it cools and/or
help serve at the Project Share building downtown.
