Special Music - in the summer

Chancel Choir rehearses Thursdays from 7:30 pm to 8:45 pm. New members are encouraged; there is no audition - all voices are welcomed.

Men's Ensemble and Women's Chorale rehearse on alternate Thursdays from 6:50 pm to 7:30 pm. Periodically the ensembles perform during the second worship service.

Music Skills Class meets Sundays from 9:45 to 10 am in the choir room. These classes focus on vocal production and music reading skills and are designed for inexperienced singers as well as more experienced ones.

The Good Shepherd Singers and Praise Band practice in the Sanctuary at 6 pm on Thursday evenings and performs during the Sunday morning early worship service (at 8:30 am).

The Joyful Noise Bell Choir practices in the Sanctuary at 6 pm on Tuesday evenings and performs several times a year during the second worship service (at 10:45 am).

Children's choir rehearses at 11:05 am each Sunday (right after the Children's sermon in the second worship service). The children are either working on some individual songs or preparing a special musical to be performed during the second worship service.

Sometimes the Children's and Chancel Choirs are combined for special occasions - such as for Pastor Bill's Candidate Service.

When the Chancel Choir is off during the summer, there is special music during the worship services - such as quartets singing, instrumental groups playing, etc.
